Resilience, continuity and crisis

PAGER helps its clients to draw a line from emergency response to crisis management to long-term, strategic organisational resilience.

We conduct business impact analyses, develop tactical and integrated business continuity plans, and run comprehensive scenario training exercises for all levels.

We also undertake wide spectrum resilience reviews to identify opportunities for shared learnings and improvement across large and complex global enterprises.

Your business

Do you need help integrating risk and resilience? Some common scenarios include:

Our approach

Achieving resilience requires a response capability that is adaptable and scalable to the size and complexity of any incident.
To be practical, resilience capability and processes must be agnostic to the type of scenario. There must be a proportionate response structure with tiered teams that activate with a delineated but coordinated focus from tactical to strategic. Pre-prepared continuity and contingency planning must be reserved for the few truly critical activities, and they must be simple and intuitive to be usable in the ‘heat of battle’.
Resilience only comes by growing capability through war-gaming and drilling crisis scenarios with leaders.

Many organisations struggle to connect risk and resilience effectively and systematically. So PAGER has developed a unique risk and resilience review methodology. We provide a detailed framework to properly integrate the two functions, and we have a clear understanding of how they should fit together. We have also developed our own maturity review tool to help organisations gauge where they are at and what they need to prioritise.
